DONNA PALMETER is the new Victory Kidz Zone Children's Pastor. Before coming to Victory, she worked as a Bus Pastor at Victory Christian Center of Tulsa, Oklahoma, who operate one of the largest bus ministries in the United States, ministering to as many as 1500 inner city children weekly. She also served at Victory Christian Center's day care. Donna also spent much of her time ministering to a group of inner city teens that where mentored to be bus leaders. While living in Tulsa, Donna received strong Bible based teaching at Victory Bible Institute. God has anointed Donna to reach and teach children. She has a gift to minister the Word of God through teaching, preaching, puppets and clowning. She has a strong focus on reaching unsaved children as well as training children in the church to be outreach minded. Donna has been involved with children's ministry along with her husband Bob for over 20 years. She has lived in the Midwest, where she has been a Children's Pastor, Bus Pastor, and volunteer at various churches. She is looking forward to writing and leading outreaches as well as training the children of Victory Christian Church to live a life of service to God. Donna and her husband Bob, have been married for 26 years. Bob also enjoys ministering to children, and has a background in broadcast management and ministry relations. They have two grown children: Chris and his wife Laura who live in Oregon and Jessica and her husband Bryan who reside in Georgia.

The Victory Kidz Zone is the Children's Ministry of Victory Christian Church in Columbia, Missouri. Victory was founded in 1992 by Mark and Jacque Putnam.
